North Pacific Yachts, Inc. (“North Pacific Yachts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit northpacificyachts.com (the “Website”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us through the Website.

This policy applies to the Website and Website-generated inquiries. It does not replace the privacy terms of a separate contract, transaction, dealer, service provider, or third-party website.

Information about your boating interests, model preferences, location, service needs, or purchase inquiry;

Providing inquiry and contact details is voluntary. However, if you do not provide enough information for us to contact you or understand your request, we may be unable to respond.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Website unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

We use necessary and security technologies to operate and protect the Website, and optional Analytics and Marketing technologies. Our current Website configuration includes:

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure Website usage and interaction events; and
Google reCAPTCHA as a security technology to help protect our contact form from spam and automated abuse.

reCAPTCHA may operate when the contact form loads, including before you make optional Analytics or Marketing choices, to protect the form from spam and automated abuse. It is separate from the optional Analytics and Marketing categories. This description does not determine how any jurisdiction classifies the technology.

Visitors in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, and locations we cannot determine are asked to opt in before optional Analytics or Marketing technologies are used. For visitors identified as in the United States, optional categories are enabled by default until changed in Privacy Choices. Data Retention

Website inquiry submissions are normally retained for up to 24 months. If an inquiry leads to a contract, warranty, service, or other ongoing customer relationship, relevant information may be retained in the applicable business record for as long as needed for that relationship and applicable legal, accounting, warranty, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Website and related service-provider processing may occur in the United States. North Pacific Yachts operations may also process personal information in Canada.
